“This home was a WINNER! We are a family of 6 adults and one infant – the layout of the house was awesome! My husband and I on one side in the beautiful spacious owner suite and our adult children on the other side! Center of the home features a large open and spacious kitchen, living and dining. Beautiful wall of sliders opened up to the covered patio which overlooked the pool and walkway to the fire-pit and great dock! Ample seating and lounging in all spaces! The house sits on Estero Bay with private and peaceful views of the bay featuring daily dolphin visits, pelicans diving for fish as well as other wildlife! Hopping in the kayaks off the dock was so easy! Plenty of usable items in the garage for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, pool volleyball, biking as well lots of sand chairs, umbrellas and beach wagons to take a short 6-7 min walk with the family for beach day!
